Welcome to the Kicks charitable event information center. For over 25 years, the founding concept behind Kicks is to make sure clients could enjoy music performed the way it should sound at any type of private fund raising gala event. Every version of Kicks from our 4 piece to our 12 piece possesses a special blend of elegance and excitement with each group being equally adept in all styles of music including Swing, Big Band, Ballroom, Jazz, Motown, Rhythm & Blues, Rock from each era, Disco, Contemporary, Top 40 and Hip Hop, making them one the most versatile dance bands on the market. There are more than a dozen “set” groups to choose from, ranging from four to twelve pieces. This musical versatility makes Kicks the perfect choice for any not for profit organization whether in Southern California or throughout the country.
In addition to our top rated dance band, Kicks represents dozens of talented solo musicians and small groups for events where no dancing is required. Our pianists, keyboardists, acoustic guitarists, and harpists, as well as, jazz duos, trios, quartets and classical ensembles perform at countless business related functions each year. Specialty musicians and groups including Calypso, Steel Bands, Country/Western, Mariachi, Latin and Salsa, Motown and R&B bands, Broadway, Cabaret and Swing bands are also available.
The quality and reliability of Kicks and it’s musicians are second to none. As a result Kicks is recommended by more of San Diego’s leading hotels, catering facilities, and event planners than virtually any other music supplier in the private event industry.
